1.  Classes must be added at least two classes prior.
2.  NO refunds will be given for scratched or missed classes.
3.  All questions or disputes pertaining to the show must be directed to the Show Manager.
4.  Classes will be combined, added or deleted by Show Management if number of entries warrant.
5.  NOTE:*** This is a Walk-Trot Class and will not count for high-point tabulation.  Rider cannot enter any other class which requires a lope or canter.
6.  HIGH POINT will be tallied on a one horse/one rider basis for both the show and for Year-end awards.
7.  STP Year-end Awards.  To be eligible, exhibitor must be a current South Texas Pintos (STP) member for this show to count towards year-end awards, show in 5 of the 8 STP sponsored shows, earn a minimum of 5 club points and serve a total of 10 hours volunteer work.
8.  Per TEXAS state law, proof of current negative EIA (coggins) will be required for all horses (except suckling foals) prior to admittance to grounds.
9.  Current PtHA rules will be followed.  Patterns not covered under PtHA rules will be posted near the entry gate at least one hour prior to class.
10. No one under 14 years of age may show a stallion and no stallion will be allowed in any class restricted to exhibitors under 18.
11. No unauthorized personnel will be allowed in the Show Office.
12. In arena assistance will result in disqualification.
13. Returned checks will result in a $ 25.00 service charge.  Club Year-end Awards will be held until restitution is made.
14. All dogs must be kept on a controlled leash and no dogs are allowed in the horse staging area.  Dogs causing a disturbance will be required to leave the grounds.
15. No horse or people are allowed under the bleachers.  Children causing disturbance, playing in the horse staging area or under the bleacher will be asked to leave the arena area.
